Your initial implant consultation is free. From there, the cost depends on your individual case — single tooth, multiple teeth, or full arch, and whether you need bone grafting. Single-tooth implants start from around £1,699. You’ll get a clear, written treatment plan and price before anything begins, plus flexible payment options to spread the cost.
Most healthy adults with reasonable gum health are suitable. The CT scan at your free consultation tells us for certain — including whether a bone graft would help. Even if you’ve been told elsewhere that you’re not suitable, it’s worth a conversation; as a referral centre we take on complex cases routinely.
The procedure is carried out under local anaesthetic, and most patients are genuinely surprised at how comfortable it is. Any soreness afterwards is usually mild and short-lived, easily managed with ordinary painkillers.
